How can I make use of Hagtak.com?

You have 2 options to make use of Hagtak.com.

  1. You can register once, see green button on the right. You are then asked to create a password. Then you will receive a confirmation email of your new password. After that you have the choice to place an ad or just look around for goods.
  2. When you click on “Post an Ad” on the left, you are automatically asked to register, after filling in all the information needed for placing an ad on Hagtak.com.

Note, you are not obliged to register to view the posted ads of others.

How can I change my password?

Click on “My Page” on the right part of the site when you are logged in. Then click on “Edit profile” below the “User Options.” You can change your password by entering a new password under “New Password.” Then you can confirm your new password by clicking on “Update Profile” below.

I forgot my password. How do I get a new password?

If you forgot your password, you can request for another password. Click on the green button on the right “Login/Register.”  Then you can choose the option “I forgot my password.” You will then be asked to fill in your username or email address. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link. When you click on this link, you can create a new password.  Then you will receive an email with your new password in the email address that you have specified.

How can I change/adjust an ad on my page on Hagtak.com?

When you are logged in you can click on “My Page.” All your ads will then be visible. You can change your ad by clicking on the small pencil below ‘Options.’ Your ad will then be visible, so changes can be made. To confirm your adjustments, you can click on “Update Ad.” Then you will receive a confirmation email with your adjustments.

How can I delete my ad on Hagtak.com

When you are logged in, you can click on “My Page.” All your ads will then be visible. You can delete your ad by clicking on the small red cross below ‘Options.’ Your ad will be deleted. Then you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I adjust/change my personal information on My Page?

Click on “My Page” on the right part of the site when you are logged in. Then click on “Edit profile” below the “User Options.” You can adjust your personal information and confirm it by clicking on ‘Update Profile” below.  You will then receive a confirmation e-mail.

How long will my ad be visible?

Your ad will be visible for 90 days. After 90 days your ad will be automatically deleted.

Why do I not receive any conformation e-mails from Hagtak.com?

It could be that your e-mail provider is blocking it. Please check your spam box.
